Who we are
Section 01
The people who plan the work have done the work.
Apex Gama Defense Solutions was formed to bring operator-grade discipline to security, training, and continuity programs in the public sector. Our founder spent more than 17 years leading protection and readiness operations in demanding environments.
That is the standard we build to: programs documented before they are staffed, safety planned before execution, and performance recorded so it can be verified by the customer.
Apex is founder-led. Senior accountability stays close to delivery, and specialist capacity is added against each engagement’s licensing, technical, and geographic requirements. We are a specialist small business, not a large integrator, and we scope accordingly.
Capabilities
Four practice areas. One operating standard.
Three security disciplines and one operations-support lane. Each is scoped to a defined buyer, a defined need, and a defined contract code.
Protective Program Advisory & Assessment
Physical security assessment, protective program design and governance, protective intelligence program development, and duty-of-care standards.
Overview 02Training, Exercises & Readiness
Tactical and protective training, active-threat response, exercises, and curriculum and SOP development — measured so improvement is demonstrated.
Overview 03Risk, Resilience & Emergency Management
Risk and vulnerability assessment, continuity of operations, crisis management and incident command, and emergency preparedness.
Overview 04Facility & Operations Support
Facility-readiness reviews, maintenance and vendor coordination, operational SOPs, and program and project management — trades and licensed work through qualified providers.
OverviewWho we support
Built for the buyers who carry the consequence.
Protection, readiness, and continuity capability that withstands scrutiny — as prime, subcontractor, or teaming partner.
Federal agencies
Departments and agencies requiring protection, readiness, and continuity capability that withstands scrutiny.
Prime contractors
Capture and delivery teams that need a dependable small-business subcontractor with clear scope discipline. For primes
State, county & municipal government
Public entities protecting facilities, personnel, and continuity of operations.
Critical infrastructure operators
Organizations whose failure is a public consequence, not a private one.
How we deliver
A disciplined operating model.
Federal performance is judged on evidence, not effort. We build backwards from that — toward a record a customer, a COR, or an evaluator can rely on.
Every engagement runs on the same framework: scope defined in writing, responsibilities assigned by name, safety planned before day one, and outcomes measured so that performance produces a record, not an assertion.
- 01
Scope, in writing
The PWS or SOW is translated into a written statement of work before anyone deploys.
- 02
Responsibility, by name
Every task has a named owner and a measurable commitment.
- 03
Safety, before day one
Safety architecture is engineered into the plan, not appended to it.
- 04
Outcomes, measured
Performance produces a record the customer can verify.
What you receive
Work products, not just conversations.
Representative deliverables from our practice areas — the documents a program office can act on and an evaluator can review.
Assessment & findings
Security and vulnerability assessments, prioritized findings matrices, and risk and vulnerability registers.
Program design
Protective concepts, governance matrices, SOP suites, and implementation roadmaps.
Training & exercises
Course and safety plans, training evaluations, exercise plans, and after-action reports.
Continuity & operations
Continuity and emergency action plans, quality-control plans, and operational reporting.
Representative deliverables describe the work products Apex produces; they are not a claim of specific completed government contracts.

Straightforward to put on paper.
Legal entity, codes, and engagement pathways — published so a contracting officer or capture manager can move without friction.
